Manual referencing

We start the vetting process for every tenant with a Connect365 Reference Report, so if they are approved, that's it, you don't need us to perform a single manual reference check and you can be confident your tenant is suitable.

All Connect365 approved tenants are fully insurable. You can offer your landlords Rent Protection Insurance without a single manual reference check.

On the rare occasion your tenant does not permit us a secure connection to their online bank account and identity documents, we are still happy to perform traditional, manual reference checks to determine their eligibility. You can switch immediately.

If your prospective tenant(s) currently live abroad or have recently entered the country, they will need to be manually vetted and their references checked the traditional way.

We don't offer manual referencing as an alternative to our Connect365 Reference Reports, but rather as a secondary vetting method should your tenant not be immediately approved. It's up to you if you want to proceed with manual reference checks, or you might decide you have enough approved tenants already and want to save the additional cost.
